Princess Cruises has announced updates to its Premier and Plus packages, aiming to offer greater flexibility and benefits for travelers. These updated packages will be available starting July 22, for voyages sailing in 2026. The new additions include extra casual dining options and generous shore excursion credits.

The Princess Premier Package will now cost $100 per person per day, up from $90, while the Princess Plus Package will increase to $65 per person per day from $60. For the new Sphere class ships, Sun Princess and Star Princess, the pricing is set at $105 per person per day for the Premier Package and $70 for the Plus Package. These changes promise savings of between 50% to 70% compared to purchasing each component separately.

Alfredo Jimenez, Vice President of Onboard Revenue at Princess Cruises, stated: “By thoughtfully evolving our packages, we’re ensuring they reflect what our guests truly desire, more flexibility, enhanced culinary experiences, and opportunities to explore ashore, all the while retaining the exceptional benefits they’ve come to expect.” He added that the goal is to deliver a more rewarding and personalized vacation experience.

Key highlights of the updated packages include:

– Premier Package: Now includes a shore excursion credit that varies by voyage length—$100 for 6–9 days, $200 for 10–20 days, and up to $300 for voyages of over 21 days.
