Princess Cruises has concluded the year with a series of prestigious awards from various travel industry organizations. The cruise line, known for its ships, itineraries, and guest experiences, received recognition from several respected bodies.

For the 21st consecutive year, Princess Cruises was named Best Cruise Line in Alaska by the Travel Weekly Readers’ Choice Awards. This accolade highlights their exclusive access to Glacier Bay National Park and immersive shore excursions tailored to Alaska’s unique landscape. Additionally, Travel Weekly honored Princess Cruises with awards for Best Shipboard Tech, Best Travel Advisor Educational Program (Princess Academy), and Best Advisor Loyalty Program.

The World Cruise Awards recognized Princess Cruises with two significant honors: World’s Best Cruise Ship for Dining 2024 awarded to Sun Princess and World’s Best Cruise Ship for Gambling 2024 given to Enchanted Princess.

Travel Weekly Magellan Awards also acknowledged Princess Cruises’ excellence by awarding five Gold Awards and two Silver Awards. The accolades included Overall Premium Ship for Sun Princess and Premium Ship Entertainment for Spellbound by Magic Castle.

In the Cruise Critic “Best in Cruise” Awards, based on traveler reviews, Princess Cruises won “Best Ship for Romance.” At the Travvy Awards, they secured gold awards as Best Cruise Line – Alaska and Best Cruise Line – Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific.

Newsweek Readers’ Choice Awards named both Sun Princess and Diamond Princess as winners in the category of Best Cruise Ship Casino.
