Oceania Cruises has announced the delivery of its eighth luxury ship, Oceania Allura. Built at the Fincantieri Shipyard in Genoa, the 1,200-guest vessel is part of the Allura Class and follows its sister ship, Oceania Vista.

“Oceania Allura is our most innovative and luxurious ship to date,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Oceania Cruises.

The new ship continues the brand’s focus on culinary and destination-immersive travel experiences with several new dining options. “At Oceania Cruises, we put food at the heart of everything we do,” commented Chef Alexis Quaretti, Executive Culinary Director.

Among its offerings are a Crêperie serving French crêpes and Italian ice cream sundaes. The signature French restaurant Jacques returns with refreshed menus featuring dishes like duck à l’orange. The pan-Asian specialty restaurant Red Ginger introduces Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine known as Nikkei.

Oceania Allura also debuts more than 270 new recipes in its Grand Dining Room under Chefs Alexis Quaretti and Eric Barale. New wine pairing events will launch with this vessel as well.

Looking ahead, Oceania Cruises plans to expand its fleet with four Sonata Class ships scheduled for delivery between 2027 and 2035. “I am delighted to confirm we will be adding two more Sonata Class vessels to our fleet,” Montague announced.

Oceania Allura offers spacious staterooms and features such as a new Library near Horizons Lounge and LYNC Digital Center for digital classes. Its inaugural season includes voyages across various destinations starting July 18 from Trieste, Italy.
