Oceania Cruises is set to introduce a new food and wine pairing experience in collaboration with renowned winemaker Gérard Bertrand. The exclusive six-course lunch will debut aboard the Oceania Allura on July 18, 2025, during its inaugural voyage. It will also be available on other ships such as Oceania Vista by September and further expanded to Oceania Marina and Oceania Riviera by 2026.
The menu pairs dishes with hand-picked Gérard Bertrand wines, known for their sustainable production methods. This new offering aims to provide an intimate and educational dining experience at Jacques, the line’s signature French restaurant, for up to 40 guests at $175 per person plus gratuities.
Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer at Oceania Cruises, stated: “Our guests aren’t simply looking to enjoy exceptional food and wine. They want to explore, learn and personalize their luxury cruise vacation in meaningful ways.” Chef Alexis Quaretti added that collaborating with Gérard Bertrand offers an opportunity to merge culinary artistry with world-class wines.
The Gérard Bertrand Food and Wine Pairing joins other notable offerings from Oceania Cruises such as The Moët & Chandon Champagne Experience and The Dom Pérignon Experience.
