New York unveils exciting summer attractions across state for 2025

New York State is set to offer a range of new attractions and events for summer 2025. From new go-kart tracks and water trails to innovative dining experiences, the state is gearing up for a memorable season.

Families can enjoy the LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig Playground at LEGOLAND New York Resort in Goshen, or visit the reimagined Utica Children’s Museum with its play-based exhibits. Speed enthusiasts can experience the world’s longest multi-level go-kart track at RPM Raceway in Farmingdale.

For those seeking natural beauty, the New York Susquehanna Basin Water Trail offers 190 miles of exploration along rivers from Cooperstown to Corning. Meanwhile, art lovers can explore new spaces at Storm King Art Center in Hudson Valley.

The accommodation scene is expanding with offerings like Windham NY Escape’s tiny houses in Catskills and The Tryst Fire Island on Long Island. The AC Hotel Saratoga Springs adds a modern touch to downtown Saratoga Springs.

Exhibits such as Dinosaur Safari at the Bronx Zoo and Dino Discovery at the Utica Zoo bring prehistoric times to life. Visitors to Niagara Falls State Park can explore “The Fight to Preserve Niagara” exhibit marking its 140th anniversary.

Foodies have new places to explore, including Gigi’s Montauk at Gurney’s Montauk Resort and Chiltepin Mexican Grill in Elmira. In addition, Dear Native Grapes opens a tasting room offering wines made from heirloom grape varieties.

Summer events include the First Annual Renaissance Festival at No BS Brew Company in Livonia and CannaBLISS in the Catskills festival celebrating cannabis culture.
