IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum, Turkey. The project is a collaboration with Uslu Turizm Insaat Tasimacilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and follows the success of IHG’s first Holiday Inn Resort property in Bodrum. This addition brings IHG’s total to 33 open hotels in Turkey, with 17 more under development.

The upcoming resort, expected to open in mid-2026, will feature 460 rooms and various amenities such as a large pool, spa, and conference area. Located near Turgutreis Marina along the Aegean coast, it will offer guests access to popular attractions and yachting opportunities.

Willemijn Geels, Vice President of Development for Europe at IHG Hotels & Resorts, stated: “As one of the most sought-after destinations in Bodrum, Turgutreis benefits from both international and local leisure travellers. The strategic location of Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum West Beach therefore allows us to capitalise on growth opportunities by introducing the right brands in the locations that travellers desire.”

Ersin Uslu from Uslu Turizm Insaat Tasimacilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. expressed enthusiasm about partnering with IHG: “We are thrilled to partner with IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring this stunning new resort to life in Türkiye.”

Holiday Inn aims to provide consistent hospitality experiences for families and business travelers alike. Founded by Kemmons Wilson, the brand continues evolving while maintaining its commitment to quality service.

IHG currently operates five brands in Turkey including Six Senses and InterContinental.
