Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to open the Hyatt Centric Anjuna Goa, marking an expansion of its presence in India’s leisure market. The new hotel is scheduled to open in 2027 and will be managed by Nile Hospitality. Construction is currently underway.
The Hyatt Centric Anjuna Goa will be located in North Goa, an area known for its beaches, nightlife, and heritage sites. The hotel aims to attract both business and leisure travelers as well as small groups interested in exploring the local culture.
The property is owned by Deventure Hotel and Resorts Private Limited. It will offer 150 rooms, including standard king and twin guestrooms along with modern suites. Guests can expect amenities such as two restaurants with outdoor seasonal dining areas—a main restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a deli, a bar—and spaces for meetings and events.
Dhruva Rathore, Vice President Development for India & South West Asia at Hyatt, stated: “The signing of this deal for Hyatt Centric Anjuna Goa marks a significant milestone in thoughtfully expanding Hyatt’s portfolio in India, particularly in a destination as dynamic as Anjuna. We are incredibly excited to introduce a hotel brand that truly immerses guests in the local culture, reflecting the vibrant spirit of this iconic Goan locale. This association with Deventure Hotel & Resorts is a testament to our shared vision of delivering authentic, unforgettable experiences that celebrate the unique charm and energy of Anjuna.”

Our aim is to create a distinctive lifestyle destination that resonates with both leisure and business travelers. With the expertise of Nile Hospitality and Hyatt’s global brand strength, we are confident this hotel will become a landmark in Anjuna.”
Once completed, the new location will join eight other Hyatt Centric properties across India aimed at travelers who prefer staying close to key attractions.
