Hilton has been named the top hospitality company to work for in Latin America by Great Place to Work, securing the number one position in the large enterprise category for the third year in a row. The recognition also placed Hilton at number two on the overall Best Workplaces list, an improvement from its previous ranking of third place in both 2023 and 2024.

Ayesha Williams, vice president of human resources for Caribbean and Latin America at Hilton, commented on the achievement: “I am profoundly inspired by the dedication and passion of our Hilton team members in Latin America. Their commitment to hospitality has not only created an exceptional culture but also brought our purpose of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality to life,” said Williams. “Receiving these recognitions fills me with pride and gratitude. It is a testament to our team’s relentless efforts to build a place where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered and a shining example of what we can achieve together when we are united by a shared vision.”

Hilton’s workplace initiatives include programs such as Thrive at Hilton, which supports physical, mental, and financial wellness; Lead@Hilton for leadership development; Care for All caregiving support; Careers@Hilton aimed at raising awareness about hospitality careers among young people; and Go Hilton, a travel program available to employees globally.

The company employs approximately 26,000 people across more than 30 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America. Roles range from front desk operations to technology, engineering, finance, sales, food & beverage positions. According to Hilton representatives, many employees find long-term career opportunities within the organization due to its emphasis on flexibility, professional growth opportunities, teamwork experiences, leadership skill development, and its people-first approach.

Beyond internal workplace efforts, Hilton supports community initiatives through its philanthropic arm—the Hilton Global Foundation—which partners with organizations like the International Youth Foundation (IYF). In 2024 alone, funds granted by this foundation supported over 260 vulnerable young people in Mexico City with training and educational opportunities that have led nearly all participants who complete these programs into new or improved employment within hospitality or tourism sectors.

In addition to this regional recognition in Latin America for 2025,Hilton was ranked as the best hospitality company globally earlier in 2024. The company also received top rankings as an employer in Peru and Uruguay for four consecutive years.
