Hilton has been named India’s top company to work for by Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year. The hospitality firm is the only one in its industry to achieve this distinction in 2023, 2024, and now 2025. This accolade highlights Hilton’s leadership in creating a culture centered on purpose, well-being, inclusion, and growth.

Great Place to Work is a globally recognized research and consulting organization that assesses companies based on workplace culture. Their evaluation process includes a Trust Index Survey and Culture Audit, which delve into policies and practices that promote innovation and care. Nearly 1,900 organizations across various industries in India were surveyed for this recognition.
