Hilton has announced the recipients of its 2025 Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset programs. These initiatives aim to enhance the professional, physical, and mental well-being of Hilton team members by allowing them time for meaningful experiences or to recharge.
Now in their ninth year, these programs enable Hilton employees globally to focus on personal passions, community service, or simply taking a break. The programs are part of Hilton’s commitment to providing a human-centric work experience for its nearly 500,000 team members worldwide.
The Thrive Sabbatical is available to employees in corporate offices and managed hotel properties.
