Emirates has announced its role as the Official Partner of the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, continuing its support for match officiating through sponsorship of World Rugby Match Officials. This partnership aims to foster the development of top-tier match officials and promote the inclusion of women officials in major competitions. The Emirates ‘Fly Better’ kit will be featured in all matches.
The sponsorship highlights Emirates’ commitment to advancing rugby and increasing the visibility of women’s sports. The Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 will take place across eight venues in England, with 16 national teams competing for a newly introduced trophy. Emirates maintains a commercial presence in 13 participating countries.

As part of this new partnership, Emirates will receive marketing exposure across digital platforms related to Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 along with ticketing and hospitality benefits. The airline will also have branding rights within stadiums during all matches.
Since its involvement began in 1987, Emirates has supported various rugby events including six consecutive Rugby World Cups from 2007-2027 and other regional tournaments like HSBC Cape Town Sevens and Dubai Sevens. Additionally, it sponsors Asia Rugby along with UAE’s men’s and women’s national teams.
Beyond rugby, Emirates backs women’s sports across several major sponsorships such as tennis Grand Slams including WTA Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships; nine Asia Rugby women’s competitions; UAE’s domestic leagues; ICC Women’s Cricket World Cups; Lancashire cricket club; Arsenal football club among others.
The Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 will run from August 22nd through September 27th across eight locations aiming at advancing women’s sports momentum worldwide by inspiring future players while attracting new fans globally.
