Emirates Group launches major recruitment drive for global talent

Emirates Group has announced a significant recruitment drive aimed at powering its next phase of innovation and expansion. The initiative will cover various roles across Emirates, the largest international airline, and dnata, a global air and travel services provider. The group plans to hire hundreds of new recruits for positions such as cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial and sales teams, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR, and finance. Dnata is specifically looking to recruit over 4,000 specialists in cargo, catering, and ground handling.

Throughout the year, the group will conduct more than 2,100 open days and other recruitment events in 150 cities to attract top talent for roles including pilots, IT professionals, engineers, and cabin crew. These events will also be held in Dubai to engage UAE national students and graduates.

Since 2022, Emirates Group has onboarded over 41,000 professionals into various operational roles. Currently employing a workforce of 121,000 people globally.
