Choice Hotels International’s Choice Privileges Select Mastercard has been recognized by MONEY.com as one of the Best Hotel Credit Cards for 2025. The card, issued in partnership with Wells Fargo, was noted for its strong points-earning potential on both hotel stays and everyday purchases such as gas and groceries.

MONEY.com also highlighted the card’s automatic Platinum Elite Status, which gives users benefits like room upgrades and late checkout. According to Choice Hotels, the card is designed to help members earn points quickly through its travel rewards program, which covers more than 7,500 hotels across 46 countries and territories.

Cardholders can earn a sign-up bonus of 60,000 points after spending $3,000 within the first three months. This amount is enough for up to seven reward nights at select properties, though additional fees may apply. The card offers up to 22 times points on stays at certain Choice Hotels locations and five times points on spending at gas stations, grocery stores, and other categories.

Each account anniversary brings an additional bonus of 30,000 points—enough for up to three reward nights at participating hotels. Cardholders are also eligible for a statement credit of up to $120 toward Trusted Traveler Programs like Global Entry or TSA PreCheck. The annual fee for the card is $95.
